The Weigela Bush is in Bloom

Here are two pictures of our Weigela Bush. There may be some wild roses blooming a wee bit later if we're lucky. We cleared the black berries that seem to love sharing the same space as these roses and I hope we didn't disturb them too much last year when we removed the berry vines.

It's lovely indeed, funny thing we have again similar plants in our different gardens, btw. is there a youtube video from your group? I would love to make a post about it, but I need a "picture" to get a bit attention, people are too lazy. Oh and thanks I made it in the friends link list, I just saw it :-)Ok that sounds a bit impudent, but not meant so. Have a great Sunday.

Martin: Thank you. We saw an huge weigela bush when we were vacationing at Long Beach, Washington State some years ago and decided we wanted one as well. This plant is about three years old and seems to like this spot in the back yard.

Unfortunately, we do not have a video but if you would like to take a picture and use it off our website, please feel free to do so. Directing them to the website will allow them to listen to some of the tracks on our CD. How nice of you to want to make a post about us.

I am happy to add you to my list of favorite places and friends. I am embarrassed that I haven't added it sooner. ( my apologies )

Presently, it is still Saturday for us but, I will take your Sunday best wishes and apply it to today. ;-)
