This recently popped up on a site and immediately brought back some memories. I was in a band in high school and we played high school dances and other venues. The name of the group has that dated 1960s sound, our band's name was:
the "Rockatones." ;-)
Here is a vintage picture of us playing at an high school dance. ( I'm the second guy on the left. ) Though it is a black and white picture, the vests were red with white shirts and black pants. Quite flashy for those times.

Fun! I have come in to recent possession of a bunch of old photos from both mine and my husband's families. Make sure you write the names of everyone on the back in an acid free pen so years later people looking at them will know who you all are.
Pam: Boy, that is the truth. All it takes is one generation to die off and the next will not have a clue who any one is in the pictures.
My parent's and grandparent's generations were very good at putting names on the back of photo's and now, we are thankful they did.
